1. Overview & Agreement
These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Excellent Cleaning Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us") to domestic and commercial clients ("the Client", "you"). By confirming a booking by email, WhatsApp, phone, or online form, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- Quotes provided online or by phone are based on the property information supplied by the Client (rooms, condition, appliances, square footage).
- If property conditions or scope significantly differ upon arrival (e.g. extreme heavy soiling, biohazard, undeclared rooms, lack of water/electricity), we reserve the right to amend the price with your prior agreement before proceeding.
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
3. Access, Utilities & Safety
- The Client must provide access to running hot water, operational electricity, and safe property access for our cleaning team at the scheduled time.
- For key-holder cleans, keys must be provided or placed in an accessible secure key-safe.
- Aggressive pets must be secured in a separate room during the clean for health and safety.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We understand plans change. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' advance notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or if our team arrives and cannot access the property, may incur a standard call-out charge to cover operative travel and reserved time.
5. Liability
- Any accidental damage caused by our operatives must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
- We do not accept liability for pre-existing wear and tear, loose fixtures, unsealed marble/wood, or items of extreme sentimental value not declared beforehand.
6. Payment Terms
- For one-off domestic, deep, or end-of-tenancy cleans, payment is due immediately upon completion of the clean by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.
- For ongoing commercial contracts, invoices are issued weekly or monthly with 14-day payment terms unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
